The moment the doors open, a little magical instant unfolds: a first look, a first breath, a first feeling. Warm, clear and surprisingly familiar. The completely renewed reception now forms the heart of this arrival, a harmony of design, natural materials and genuine Feuerstein hospitality.
Our owner, Peter Mader, expressed the guiding thought behind this project in one sentence:
“We always want to create new wow effects for our guests and surprise them.”
This is precisely the feeling we wanted to capture. Not loud, not intrusive, but gentle, elegant and crafted with great attention to detail. The new reception is meant to make the Feuerstein feeling tangible from the very first second: a sense of comfort, ease and a heartfelt welcome.
This is why the new reception is the highlight and centerpiece of a year in which we have continued to develop the Feuerstein step by step. Over the past twelve months, a modern padel tennis court has been created, inspiring working spaces for working during the stay, a lovingly designed Baby and Mini Room, an Action Room for movement and play, our new Concept Store as well as the newly built heated swimming lake.
All these innovations now come together in one special moment when guests enter the Feuerstein and are welcomed at the new reception.
